About Pastor Victor

Pastor Victor K.A. Darteh
Founder, The Shepherd’s Circle
Victor K.A. Darteh
Pastor Victor is the Senior Pastor of Elpis Christian Ministries in Ilford, East London. He has led the church since its first Sunday service in May 1998.
In that time he has ministered to hundreds of families and become a trusted counsellor to couples in seasons of planning, joy, challenge and restoration. He has led premarital counselling, marriage restoration retreats and spiritual formation programmes.
Much of his counselling has been with couples facing betrayal, distance and breakdown. He founded The Shepherd’s Circle, a marriage and family ministry, so that couples from any church can find the same care.
When he isn’t counselling or preaching, he enjoys time with his family and is a keen student of Scripture, theology and human relationships.
