Marriage restoration

For couples facing betrayal, distance or breakdown who want to find a way back to each other.

About this programme

When trust has been broken, or you’ve drifted so far apart that you hardly talk, it can feel as if the marriage is already over. Marriage restoration gives you a private place to face what has happened, with a pastor who will listen to you both.

Much of Pastor Victor’s counselling has been with couples in exactly this place. Sessions are based on the Bible and move at a pace you can manage. You’ll talk honestly about what broke, what forgiveness means, and the small, steady steps that rebuild trust.

You’ll agree a plan for your sessions at the start, so you both know what you’re working towards.

It may be right for you if

  • There has been an affair or another kind of betrayal
  • You feel distant, or you’re living separate lives under one roof
  • You argue constantly and nothing gets resolved
  • You’re thinking about separating but want to try once more

What the sessions cover

  1. 01What has happened, and how each of you feels about it
  2. 02Repentance and forgiveness, and how they differ
  3. 03Rebuilding trust, one step at a time
  4. 04Talking without it ending in a row
  5. 05Praying together again
