Privacy notice
This website is run by Pastor Victor K.A. Darteh for The Shepherd’s Circle. This notice explains what information we collect through the website, why, and what your rights are under UK data protection law.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- what you’d like help with, and your message
Your message may include sensitive details about your marriage, family or faith. Please share only what you’re comfortable sharing. You can say more on the call.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and hold your sessions. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is read by Pastor Victor. The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, which stores submissions securely on our behalf. No one else sees your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, send a message through the contact form. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
